At Dreamhub, we care about your satisfaction and the quality of our products.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you are fully eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@dreamhub.com with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size/color choice, as our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
